Useful Information You Can Share To Speed Up The Quoting Process
In order for us to provide an accurate quote we'll need to ask you a few questions.
It doesn't matter if you know all the answers immediately, but the more information you give us, the quicker we can get accurate pricing and quotes back to you.
Help Us, Help You - The Basics
Event Date:
If you know the date or potential dates, this is our first check so we can let your know what experiences and activities are available to delight your audiences.
Event Location/ Venue:
If your venue is booked and secured, please let us know the name of it. If you're still looking for a venue, please let us know which part of the country or potential venues/ regions you're looking at. Feel free to ask our advice on certain areas (especially if you have a particular event or activity in mind) to help make your life easier and take some stress out of the event planning process.
Number of Delegates:
We have amazing activities that work best for smaller groups and super-interactive experiences that'll leave smiles on faces for larger groups. If you don't know exact numbers at the time of enquiry, an estimate or maximum possible number of attendees will help us send you the best activities for your event.
Timings:
We don't need the full agenda of your 3 days conference, just an idea of when you'd like the activity and approximate time slot of the activity. E.g. "We'd like a conference energiser to kick off the conference first thing in the morning, somewhere between 8.30 and 9am start lasting not longer than 30 minutes" OR "We're looking for some after dinner evening entertainment, probably finishing dinner by 9pm for an hour or two." This helps us work out travel costs and expenses and see if we need overnight accommodation if a super-late finish or the venue is very far away.
Event Goals and Objectives
We'd like a bit of guidance on why you're looking for a certain experience and what you're looking to get from it. Just asking for "Teambuilding" is a start, but we have so many experiences to offer, they may not all be what you're looking for. A little for information will help us only send you relevant ideas. E.g. "We want a fun interactive entertainment experience to reward our team." OR "We want a team building event that gets people all working as one, towards the same goal." OR "Our conference theme this year is XXXXXXXX, have you got any activities that'd enforce this message and theme?"
Activity / What type
The more information the better. Maybe you've seen an awesome experience on our website. If you just want information on one event or experience, let us know. If you want a range of ideas, we can send that too. E.g. "Party Bingo looks epic! How much is it in Leeds on 25th June for 300 people please?" OR "We're looking for an activity for around 100 people indoors (no outside space) that get's people talking and working together. People mostly work from home and we want to break down barriers. What have you got for this please?"
Budget
Yes, that awkward question of price and budget. We have activities that are more budget friendly and those that go the extra mile and come with ALL the bells, whistles and latest tech. Having an idea of either total budget for your team building or even a cost per head, is a great way to see which experiences are best for you, your team and your budget. If you haven't worked it out yet, guide prices on what you may have spent before in previous years may help or it you have a strict maximum then there's often ways we can amend and customise events, meaning you can experience all the fun without over spending.
