What is a Corporate Race Night?
A corporate race night is a thrilling, engaging entertaining experience designed to bring the excitement of horse racing to your venue, meeting or event. Perfect for team building, building relationships with clients, or simply a fun night out, these events offer an authentic race day experience, from the comfort of your meeting space.
Throw-in some bookies, a fully-themed room, fun challenges and even some surprises along the way and you get all the thrills of a day at the races, personalised just for you. Check out our race night images to see how we can transform your conference, dull meeting room or even your office into it's very own race course.
How Does a Race Night Work?
An Introducing Events corporate race night, gives players the opportunity to place fun-bets on a series of 'live-streamed' horse races which are all shown on the big screens.
The evening is hosted by a professional MC who explains the rules, manages timings and your bets are taken by our team of comedy bookies! Guests place bets with our bookies using provided fun money and when the race goes live, it's up to you to cheer your horses on to victory!
The individual or team who transforms their kitty into the most winnings will be race night champions! The best part, you can't lose any real money and win or lose, our team will ensure you have an experience to remember.

Why would I book a race night?
Many different people book race nights for different reasons are here are a few examples:
Build relationships with clients. Many businesses love to wine and dine their favourite clients and show them some serious appreciation. Unfortunately it's often logistically implausible to take all your best clients to the races themselves, so we bring the experience to you. Laugh, smile and celebrate together and really show some appreciation for their business by enhancing relationships.
Reward the team. A meal and a few drinks is nice, but it can quickly fall flat. This after dinner entertainment transforms the night from a nice get together to a room full of smiles and laughter. Having such a positive shared experience can do wonders for team building and staff motivation.
Parties and celebrations. Christmas parties, summer parties, work milestones, the race night is a great way to mark them all.
Charity nights and balls. A meal and a DJ doesn't always cut it. If you want your night to be truly memorable, get people talking and begging to come to the next one, an interactive race night experience can seriously put you on the map!
